Updated: Hi, I have very chubby cheeks that get very broad when I smile. I also am at a stable weight, only 117 pounds, but am carrying more fat in my face. I'm 38, so it's not baby fat. My aunt (who I favor in appearance), is 60 years old and her buccal fat has never slimmed down :0 Would I benefit from buccal fat removal? I'd also like more chin definition. Looking for an overall slimmer face!

The smile position is not the best pic for us to assess the buccal fat amount, at least online. Neutral pose from the sides would be more helpful.

Hello, hope you are well. Based on the background information and photo, I believe it may be a good option for you. Normally, a very important part of the preoperative assessment is viewing your cheeks at rest and analyzing the contour of the lower two thirds of the face. It would be best to have an in-person consultation to do this, but I think you have the right idea in mind.
