Hi there,First of all, I think your bilateral cleft repair looks amazing. Alar base reconstruction looks great. Many people even without cleft lip repair does not have defined cupids bow. Also, because you have such defined philtrum area, focusing on the cupids bow will just draw attention to the area. For your situation I suggest subtle enhancement to achieve bilateral symmetry. The injector has to be mindful of the underlying abnormal muscle anatomy and the scarring. You have very good lip proportions. Microinjection of low HA content/low hydrophillic fillers to "reflate" deficient area to achieve bilateral symmetry would be the best initial approach. Hope this helps!
