    The tip can be narrowed as well as the alar base.  The dorsum can be narrowed as well.  Alar base reduction by itself is probably not going to satisfy you.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

The tip and nostrils can be narrowed/ improved using your own tissues. Your bridge may need narrowing or height built up without implants - you can use your own tissue. The nose may have  better proportions with the bridge treated at the same time as the tip and nostrils.
