What should I do to make my breast both equal or same size?

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately there are no nonsurgical options to fix uneven breasts. A breast lift with a small reduction on the larger side is typically used to create symmetry without implants. However, you could also consider enlarging the smaller breast. If your breasts generally have the same shape, and have a small size difference, then you could consider fat grafting to the smaller breast. When considering surgery make sure you find a board certified plastic surgeon who will take the time to listen to your goals, answer all of your questions and explain all of your options, so that you can decide if surgery is right for you.

It is possible to have breast augmentation performed in one breast to make the smaller breast more symmetrical in size. You can also have breast reduction performed in the larger breast to make it even with the smaller breast. The choice is up to you. 

Breast asymmetry following breast feeding is not an uncommon problem.  You did not submit a photo so I would suggest that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person and give you a more specific answer, however, your choices are twofold:  You can make the larger side smaller or the smaller side larger.  To make the smaller side larger, a breast implant might be in order.  Some doctors might transfer fat to the breast.  I don't have any experience with this so I will withhold comment.  To make the larger breast smaller, a breast lift/reduction on the larger breast may be the way to go.

Hi and thanks for your question.There is no real answer without the benefit of your photos. It could be that all you need is breast augmentation with different size implants. It could be you need a breast lift with implant plus a breast augmentation on the opposite side. There are all sorts of combinations that are possible. I almost never see breast that are the same whether it's a difference in size shape or droop.  Sometimes the difference is subtle and is best left alone.  Sometimes the difference is very noticeable especially to you.Once you have stopped nursing and your breast have stopped changing, you will then need to decide how they are different and how much it bothers you.  Depending on the final appearance, you may need a lift or reduction of one or both breasts. Breast implants will restore size and perkiness, but by themselves can rarely correct severe assymetry.

It is very common for women to have asymmetric breasts. This can occur before or after breast feeding. There are surgical corrections that are based on the degree of asymmetry and overall shape of the breasts. You would need to submit a photo for more information.
