Simply put, Dr. Zeff changed my life. I have been dealing with a bodily defect for many, many years, and have always contemplated having corrective surgery. I had extensive liposuction of the full abdomen and hips. The procedure was explained in detail and Dr. Zeff gave me his honest opinion about the procedure I should have done and answered all my questions, as did his staff. After my surgery the nurses called to check on me at home and Dr. Zeff personally called me to make sure I was ok and answer my questions. It has now been 5 weeks since my procedure and I am happy with the results. I had a great experience with Dr. Zeff and his staff both before and after my procedure. I would never hesitate to go back to them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zeff, the office, staff, or experience. I’ve had many consults over the years and no one has been more patient, thorough, or knowledgeable than Dr. Zeff. My surgery went very well, and my after care was also excellent. I was seen as many times as I needed and never felt rushed or like a burden. Someone always answered my emails or calls. I also am thrilled physically with my results. I had a pretty extensive ‘mommy makeover’ procedure and I really just couldn’t be happier with the outcome both in experience and physically. Thank you to Dr. Zeff and the whole office. I'm really happy with the entire process. But a few things that I particularly appreciated: 1. I got the feeling that Dr. Zeff and the entire staff cared about me as a person, and wanted to get me the best result possible. 2. The office cares about privacy and handles what can be sensitive subjects for patients very well: I wasn't even asked what procedure I was looking for when I made the consultation appointment - that wasn't mentioned until I met with the doctor for the first time. 3. Everyone made the procedure clear and understandable, as was the post-op and recovery process (along with what I had to do to help get a good result). 4. Expectations were managed - I had a good sense of the range of possible outcomes as everyone's body responds differently. I was lucky and had a very good result, but I was prepared in the event my body didn't respond quite as well. All in all, I'm very happy with not only my results, but the entire process.

This was my first and only form of plastic surgery, so going into it I wasn’t not 100 on what it exactly consisted of. Dr.Zeff explained A-Z everything good and bad that can come with my procedure. He made sure I made my decisions for myself and to feel good in my skin which I loved. And my results I am 100% happy with! Thank you Dr.Zeff!

I had coolsculpting done to my lower abdomen about a year to a year and a half ago and was very disappointed with my results. I paid 1500 dollars for one time and one area of coolsculpting. It basically did absolutely nothing and was a complete waste of money for me. I ended up looking into liposuction but was super nervous. Dr zeff was the second surgeon I had a consultation with and I booked the surgery right after my consultation with him. He agreed that I only needed to do one area if thats what I wanted to do and he seemed very confident he could give me good results. He also had very reasonable pricing. I had previously considered a second session of coolsculpting which would have cost me another 1500 dollars at the same place I went to or 900 dollars at a different place. Basically it would end up costing me around the same price as the total cost of liposuction and I hadn’t seen any results at all with my first treatment of coolsculpting so I didn’t want to keep throwing money into it. Liposuction just seemed like the option that would make the most sense. Dr zeff’s before and after photos on his website looked really good so I decided to go ahead and do it. I was extremely nervous for this even though I’ve had surgery before. Jen was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns and provided me with her email in case I ever had any questions. It was really nothing to be nervous over but she understood and was very patient and understanding. I am currently 8 days post op and I can already tell a huge difference. My stomach is super flat, I no longer have a gut. I barely needed my pain medication. I did take it the first few days but I was up and about by the 4th day after my surgery. I am still sore but my results are definitely worth it. Basically this did what I had hoped coolsculpting would’ve done. I see dramatic results. I was super worried about getting good results but I can already tell I am going to be very happy with the results. My pouch is completely gone and I will be able to wear a bikini and crop tops again lol. Dr zeff was very patient and honest about what he could do. He provided very good results and I am very very happy with my new flat stomach. Bottom line: in my opinion skip the coolscultping, save your money and just get liposuction. Dr zeff has great prices and great results. I may add some before and after photos into this at some point. Updated on 23 Aug 2018: just an update, I am so happy with my results, my stomach is flat and I cannot wait to have my clothes fit me better. My bruising is fading and I feel less sore today. I am soo glad I went through with this and didn't chicken out! this was definitely worth it, if youre considering lipo or have had coolsculpting and aren't happy with the results I would definitely recommend liposuction. So glad I did this. Thank you dr zeff!!

Dr. Zeff is great! I had a breast augmentation 2 weeks ago, and I love the results! I felt completely comfortable going into surgery, and had all questions answered. I highly recommend him and his staff!

Dr.Zeff truly listened to what I was wanting and I couldn’t be any happier. This is the second procedure I have had him do and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Also I loved Jen and Holly-what a great group of staff at the office!!!

After 7 years I have decided to explant. I had my original augmentation done during a time in my life where I felt insecure and lost. At first I loved them! Then I had a capsular contracture and had to have a revision. That surgery went well too and I continued to love them. After 2 years my natural breasts grew and I liked my chest less and less. Now, at 30 I have grown to hate how large chested I am. I can't even wear bras. I measure over a 34F. I am only 5'3 and 125 lbs so you can imagine how disproportionate this is. My surgeon is Dr. Zeff in Portsmouth, NH. He believes I will be a 34 C after explantation. I can't wait to feel normal again. Buy cute bras. Wear regular shirts. Improve my posture. And just be ME! Surgery is in 10 days. I will keep you all updated. Updated on 14 Dec 2017: Today is the day! Explanting these ridiculously large implants! I am both excited and nervous. So happy to be natural and free but scared of the stretched skin and sagging. Also not a big fan of anesthesia so hoping that goes in my favor. I will keep you all updated tomorrow! Here are my last fake boobie pics! Updated on 15 Dec 2017: Surgery went well! I barely have any pain. Not requiring any narcotics, just taking Advil. I've only takes a quick peak at my breasts when changing the wrap and I was impressed! I will post photos later of my actual breasts but for now here is me in a compression bra-- even have lots of cleavage still. Updated on 16 Dec 2017: Took a good look for the first time today! I can't believe how great I look already. So worth it. Still sore but better each minute. I will add more pics tomorrow! Updated on 17 Dec 2017: Feeling the best yet today! Barely any soreness at all. I'm up and moving around with no issues. Doc said I have to wear compression for a week so only take it off to shower. Here are some updated pics. Updated on 19 Dec 2017: Hi all! I am feeling back to myself today. Struggled with constipation and a skin reaction to the Tegaderm over my incisions. I had my post op visit yesterday and the surgeon is happy with my progress. I am wearing the compression band as needed for comfort and just regular sports bras. My stitches were removed to my incisions are now open to air and healing well. In about another week I will start putting Scar Away silicone strips on them. They worked wonders for my scars the first two surgeries. I won't lie, there is definitely no fullness in my upper chest but nothing a push up bra won't fix. Talk to y'all soon! Updated on 22 Dec 2017: Better every day! Updated on 24 Dec 2017: Tried on my bras today! Updated on 3 Feb 2018: I have never felt better!!! I am so happy with my results. I look normal. I feel healthy. Clothes fit me!
