I have a disgusting smile line and don't know what to do to get rid of it.

Question

Last year I did notice a small fine line on the left side of my face and thought nothing of it. That small smile line has now stretched from the top of my nose to the corner of my mouth. I look ugly. My face has also drastically aged in a year. ( I used to be told I look 14 now people assume I'm 24/26) is here anything I can do to get rid of the smile line I've developed?

Thank you for your question and for posting your photos. Your smile line would best be treated with a hyaluronic acid filler such a Juvederm or Restylane. Specifically, I would recommend Juvederm Ultra Plus or Vollure. These fillers will last from 12-18 months. Consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist is recommended.

There are a lot of options for improving the nasolabial folds and this often means fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. The smile line can be addressed with fillers. You might consider Juvederm Ultra Plus or Vollure which will effectively address your concern. The Vollure although more expensive will last you longer. 1-1.5 syringes will likely be sufficient.

restore lost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face. The nasolabial fold goes from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth. This is a common concern that can be addressed by placing Voluma in the upper cheeks or Vollure directly into the nasolabial folds. Please
