I have a disgusting smile line and don't know what to do to get rid of it.

Your smile line would best be treated with a hyaluronic acid filler such a Juvederm or Restylane. Specifically, I would recommend Juvederm Ultra Plus or Vollure. These fillers will last from 12-18 months. Consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist is recommended.

There are a lot of options for improving the nasolabial folds and this often means fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. The smile line can be addressed with fillers. You might consider Juvederm Ultra Plus or Vollure which will effectively address your concern. The Vollure although more expensive will last you longer. 1-1.5 syringes will likely be sufficient.

thanks for your question. Nasolabial folds get deeper and more prominent by different factors not just age . For example weight loss. If this is bothering you I would suggest to inject filler . For a good assessment I recommend you to see an expert physician
