I have an 18 year old tissue expander in my left breast. It has developed a painful capsular contracture and I’m wanting to have the implant and capsule removed without implant replacement. What is the typical cost of a procedure like this? I don’t think my insurance will cover the procedure so I will be self paying and trying to get an idea of how much I need to save up.
