I'm a 32DD and after surgery I will be a 32 A or B. I'm thinking something with a front closure. What are some of the best ones on the market for comfort and compression / support?

If you have a nipple that is darkened you should have it examined by your surgeon. It certainly could be a simple bruise, but the change in color warrants further evaluation.

Most insurance companies will not cover implant removal as it is a cosmetic procedure to start. Some companies will cover removal only (not capsulectomy) if there is a documented silicone rupture on MRI. Don't let an insurance company dictate what is right for you. Good luck.
