Why is my butt full on top and bottom is flat?

Im 3weeks in from my bbl and tje top stays fluffy and bottom is flat so are the sides and it feel small and im very wide i keep getting craps in left leg and my left buttcheek keeps giving me a pain ....

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.

Fat transfer results vary patient to patient no matter shape or size. Your particular stats of 140 lbs at 5'3' seems like you will have some fat to transfer.....but may not be enough to give you the result you might be looking for. I would ask your PS to go over volumes he thinks he might be...

This depends upon the number of ribs removed and where they are located, but in general the ribs offer protection of underlying organs.
