I am living overseas and consulted with a Dr. Regarding a brow lift. He said I would need a forehead reduction with a lift. I saw some pics. I dont want a bigger forehead, but i do want my brows slightly lifted along with my "11" lines fixed. Is his recommendation the right course? ( The incision line was purposley not a straigbt line, but rather jagged, which was curious)

Answer: Forehead reduction is a great idea for you Based on the photos you have posted, you are a much better candidate for a trichophytic incision forehead reduction surgery than a combination forehead reduction/brow lift. Your brow position is actually quite good. Of course, if you really want a higher eyebrow position, that is your prerogative, but in my opinion, it will look slightly overdone.
