Based on the photos you have posted, you are a much better candidate for a trichophytic incision forehead reduction surgery than a combination forehead reduction/brow lift. Your brow position is actually quite good. Of course, if you really want a higher eyebrow position, that is your prerogative, but in my opinion, it will look slightly overdone.
In the first photo you have posted, your eyes actually look a little droopy (eyelid ptosis), however in the second photo they seem more open. Maybe in the second photo you are using Upneeq? If the left photo is more representative of your appearance, then eyelid ptosis repair would be another option for your. However, if the left photo is more accurate (and you aren't using Upneeq to open the eyes), then no ptosis repair is needed.
Be very selective with your surgeon choice. I've trained in South Korea...all surgeons are not equal there, so be careful with your choice. I've seen some really bad results...and some excellent results coming out of Gangnam, Seoul.

You have a high hairline. I likely do more of these scalp advancements than anyone (several each week). Your brows can be lifted through a fine incision in front of the hairline. And, yes, it should be an irregular line (not straight) so that it is less visable.
