What procedure should I have done to fix my brow/forehead bossing and the horizontal indentation on my nose? (Photo)

Question

I've had the prominent bulges above my eyebrows since I was a little girl and I've always been bothered by them. What are they caused by and what can I do to fix it? I have TMJ so I'm wondering if that could make the muscle more projected? Would injections help, or do I need something like a brow lift or brow bone reduction? Would this procedure also get rid of the horizontal line across my nose?

A combined procedure which will include shaping of the ridges with burr and correcting reminding groves with bone greafts would be a good option to correct bone deformity. Lowering the hairline would also help. An open forehead lift approach with an incision hidden in the hairline would be a good choice to achieve all goals. Good luck.

Your question is a little confusing. The brow bossing you have can be corrected with forehead contouring.  The other areas (top of your nose, and wrinkles) are areas for injections - fillers and botulinum,  These other areas are what you appear to highlight in your pictures.
Really, you need a video consultation to sort out your specific concerns.
