23 y/o female - what are my options to correct asymmetry and reshape the eyebrows? (photos)

This is a good question that I get an asked a lot in my clinic. Brow asymmetry is actually more common than most people appreciate and can be a result of many different factors, including skeletal asymmetry, asymmetric muscle dynamics, soft tissue deficiencies, etc.
Every brow asymmetry is different and requires a different approach. The most simple, most affordable and least risky procedure would be to try targeted asymmetric neuromodulator (AKA botox). You can use botox to lift a brow or drop a brow. A good injector can try to match the side you like best. In fact, this is how we treat certain types of facial paralysis. Looking at the photos you sent, I can see that you have asymmetric muscle contraction on one side of your face. This makes you a GREAT candidate for this procedure.
If the brow is asymmetric due to volume loss on one side, filler can be used to add volume where needed and support the brow in a more elevated position.
After non-surgical treatments are considered, I usually have a discussion with my patients about brow lift surgery. There are several different approaches to brow lifting surgery, each has their pros and cons. In my practice, the approach is customized to each individual based on their goals and exam.
A direct brow lift is classically the best approach to best match symmetry of the brows, however, it’s downside is that the incision is hidden right above the brow and if it doesn’t heal perfectly, it can leave a visible scar.
Endoscopic and hairline lowering (trichophytic) brow lifts are more commonly used for bilateral droopy eyebrows, but can be customize to try and elevate one side more than the other.
There are several other options, but they would not apply to this situation.
It is important to see a specialist who listens to you and feels comfortable performing all the different techniques, so that they can select the best procedure to fix your problem.

Hello ! Thank you for your question l recommend you (eye brow lift) I think it is the best method to lift eyebrows and also permanent eyebrow lift makes it attractive not only on the eyebrows but also on the face with surgery.

To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. I recommend starting with an experienced injector using Botox or a Botox analogue to improve brow symmetry and curvature. Virtually all un-plucked eyebrows are asymmetric.

There is a small asymmetry of brows but also, noticable low position of lateral portion of your brows. Aesthetic position of outer aspect should be one you demonstrate on your second photo. Both issues can be corrected using endoscopic brow lift where scars are placed inside the hairbearing scalp. Hope this helps.

There are two good treatments for your concern. Botox, applied correctly, can temporarily lift the lateral brow by relaxing the muscles that pull the tail of the brow down. This works very well, but the important thing to know is that Botox only lasts about three months, so it needs to be repeated. The other alternative (without lengthening the forehead) is a brow lift where a small incision (on each side) is hidden right in your hairline and used to lift the lateral brow to the shape that you want.
Also, please know that facial asymmetry and brow asymmetry is completely normal! If you look closely, almost no one has symmetric eyebrows.
