Hi, I have droopy eyes, more on one side than the other. I have a lot of skin under my eyebrows which I think causes the droop but I'm not sure if I need a brow lift or blepharoplasty. Could someone please give me advice on what procedure would help me more awake-looking eyes?
Answer: Combined surgeries for brow lift, blepharoplasty and ptosis correction. Hello. You have low eyebrows, excess skin on your eyelids and you also have ptosis. I can therefore recommend a combination of browlift, blepharoplasty and ptosis repair surgery. Thus, you can have a fresh look. Please check our Instagram account and RealSelf photos. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile. You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. Best regards.

Answer: Blepharoplasty/brow lift Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos! It is difficult to tell from your photos and without examining you, but an upper blepharoplasty is a procedure that removes excess skin (and sometimes fat) from your upper eyelid area and can help give you a more refreshed, youthful look. Sometimes there are other causes of “droopy” or ptotic eyelids, so it is important to have a thorough exam with a fully trained plastic surgeon. A brow lift will raise your eyebrows, but would not remove extra skin or fat in your upper eyelid area. I perform these procedures as an outpatient surgery in our fully-accredited operating room under IV sedation.
