Best rhinoplasty technique for thin bones and thin skin? (Photos)

I have crooked nose with a hump and uneven nostrils. Based on the CT scan I have thin nasal bones and thin skin. The surgeon I would like to get my surgery is suggesting shaving the hump and use my own diced cartilage to smoothen the nose. As well as lifting the tip. He also said he won’t be able to shave much because of how thin the bones are. Is this the best technique for my type nose? he said with my type of bones it’s not possible to achieve a ‘slope’ on the nose. Please share your opinion. Thank you!!!
