Is rhinoplasty my only hope for achieving a normal side profile? (Photos)

im extremely insecure about my side profile, i have a very big nose that takes up most my face and a huge overbite, yet there’s still some chin projection making me look like a witch. is a rhinoplasty my only option? i also don’t understand how my side profile looks a thousand times worse when photos of me are taken further away from the camera. i’m desperate please help, would fillers be a good temporary solution? or is my only hope saving up for a rhino.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
