Thank you for your question. It is difficult to answer your question without more information like the size of your current implants and your chest dimensions. It is most likely possible for you to go larger. It may require a high or ultra high silicone gel implant depending on your current size and dimensions. The largest gel implant is 800cc's. I would consult with a BC PS who can help you with implant choice. Best of luck
Choosing a larger implant will require an exam in person. Cup size can not be guaranteed as volumes do not always coincide with cups.
I would strongly caution against going larger than what your frame and tissue can support. Over time, large implants will thin your tissue and tend to sag. I would suggest meeting with your plastic surgeon and realistically discuss what size would be your limit.
It is impossible to give you any advice without pictures. The best option would be to see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.
Thank you for the question. You will find that online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific advice in regards to selection of specific breast implant size/profile. Having said that, it is generally necessary to utilize high or ultra high-profile silicone gel breast implants or overfilled saline breast implants to achieve the types of outcomes you describe. Adjustment of the breast implant capsules will also likely be necessary.Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "DDD or F cup” or "extra large" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery ( after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers). Viewing the patient's chest wall in the upright and supine positions, with temporary sizes in place, help select the best breast implant size/profile for the specific patient.I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to larger breast augmentation surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes.
The photo does not tell the whole story. I agree that your surgeon needs to see this in person. It could be very simple but if the implant is exposed, it could require more surgery. I hope you have already called your surgeon's office for an appointment.
I certainly agree with your PS in that after 6 months it's unlikely that the implant will drop further. Without the benefit of examining you or at least photos, it's impossible to answer your question accurately. However, if a simple release of the lower part of your implant is necessary, a ...
Based on the picture that you have shown i don't know that you have bottomed out. Granted your breast sit little low but the nipple and breast mound appear to be in harmony with each other. You do have some asymmetry but a lift may be what you need. With respect to the pain hard to tell from...
