Moveable firm lump under eyebrow months after filler injected. What could this be?

To really identify what is going on, a good photo would help.  However, nothing is going to be as effective as a local clinical exam.  As such, you're really best off visiting your injector and letting them know what is going on.  If the lump is the result of product, then it can most likely be enzymatically broken down very quickly.  However, if you are forming a nodule, then you might need an entirely different plan of approach.Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your swollen, tender mass.  Unfortunately without a series of photographs it is difficult to offer definite recommendations as it may be a lump of Voluma or a cyst.  See your injector for an in-person diagnosis, as the treatment will vary.  If voluma, it can be dissolved, but a cyst may require surgical excision.  Hope this helps.

Although lumps and bumps are common following any injectable including Voluma, they should clear up in a couple of weeks. You need to have your lump assessed in person by your surgeon. It's not something that can be diagnosed online. So sorry that you are experiencing this.Kindly,Kouros Azar

This is something that needs evaluation by your provider. The lump can be dissolved with hyaluronidase to resolve the problem. I don't like to use Voluma in this area and prefer to use Restylane.

Without a photo it is difficult to tell what the problem is.  It could be a lump from Voluma, or a cyst.  You can post photos to get a better answer to help.  I recommend that you return to your treating physician for examination this week.  Best, Dr. Green
