I just recently had breast augmentation 5/20/22. I will be 5 weeks post op on Friday 6/24/22. I went from having practically no breast and a large space between to 400cc. I’ve noticed my right breast to be closer to my armpit than my left breast. During the initial recovery the side of my breast under the arm was very swollen and numb but also painful, more so than that of the left breast. Is this lateral displacement or over dissection? And will I need revision?

If the first pocket is good, then only the space above the muscle is opened and the rest is left alone. Your surgeon is the best one to tell you what specifically he/she will do.
You will need a breast lift. Depending on how the implants were placed, you may benefit from a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.
