Gap between my implants, what's your opinion? (Photos)

Your impksnts are far apart because if the shape of your sternum. A revision with larger implants may be able to correct the problem also your nipples are far apart and implants will tend to center themselves under the nipple. So a lot has to do with your natural anatomy

Usually wide cleavage or space between breasts cannot be changed much with implants. Yours seems to be exaggerated especially in your left side.

That implant appears far to the side and may need a revision to move it closer to the middle- narrow the gap.

Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended for instructions and any options.

You did not post your before photos, which would be very helpful. Some women whose breasts are wide apart will always have wide apart breasts. The bases cannot be moved. Sometimes the out pockets can be tightened to help decrease the lateral movement and fat can be added to the medial pockets for more volume. However, this may not work in all women because some nipples then wind up in the wrong place.

From your photographs it appears that your implants are placed below the muscle .This may be the cause of your implants being placed laterally .
Correction usually involves placement above the muscle.

It is almost impossible to assess your outcome comparison without seeing your before pictures. It may well be that your breasts were in ordinately wide apart, and that your rib cage is curved substantially making your breast project far laterally.

I would recommend asking your surgeon for their explanation. Without knowing operative details, it would be impossible to render an opinion. Also post op photos should be taken with arms down as muscle activity can change appearance. If the implants were placed under the muscle, conversion to on top of the muscle or a revision of another kind may be necessary. Sometimes widely displaced nipples cannot effectively be medialized without incisions around the areolae.

To make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
We don’t make assessments regarding breast augmentation outcomes with patients laying on their back.
Patients who have divergent breast or breast that sit far apart on their chest wall will generally have this amplified by adding projection with Breast implants.
Rather than correcting the issue, the implants simply make it more obvious.
This is especially true for women who have breast divergence.
Plastic surgeons need to place the implant centrally under each breast, but cannot move your breast on your chest wall.
The implant should sit centrally based on each breast not where patients wish their breasts were.
There are three variables that determine a breast augmentation outcome.
The first is the patient can see for the procedure, the second is the choice of implants, the third is the surgeons ability to place the implant in the anatomic correct position.
If patients are unhappy with the outcome, the problem is generally related to one of those three variables.
