Liposuction, fat grafting, tummy tucks, bodylifts, breast: Is it more difficult to work on and get good results for short women?

Your height will not effect the procedure. Be sure to choose a reputable surgeon. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as a tummy tuck, depending on skin laxity. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Performing liposuction, fat grafting, TTs, bodylifts, or breast surgeries on a woman 5 feet tall will neither make it more difficult for the board certified plastic surgeon nor cause less than good results.  Selection of a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert in these procedures, being within 10 pounds of your weight goal for three months prior to the procedures, current health, and BMI are significant factors contributing to good results and minimal complications during and after surgery.
