Liposuction, fat grafting, tummy tucks, bodylifts, breast: Is it more difficult to work on and get good results for short women?

Nicole41206
I am 5 foot. Bad results in 2006 tummy tuck and breast reduction. In 2018 I had part one of a 2 part revision surgery. My natural hourglass figure has been tuned into a heavily lopsided, upside down triangle. I look like a man most of my fat is on my back and under my arms. I posted pictures & asked questions previously on this sight over the last year & I have gotten a lot of good feed back and advice. Today I am just wondering if my shortness makes it more difficult to produce good results?
