It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor

Hello, you've spent a considerable amount of time and money on your hair transplants and I empathize with your concerns regarding a lack of results. Some of my patients experience natural results within 3 to 6 months, while others don't notice significant hair growth until about the year mark. I encourage you to be patient as each individual's growth rates differ. Every client experiences follicular growth at a different rate. If you're still concerned, please follow up with your FUE hair transplant surgeon.

After a hair transplant you can expect to lose the hair shafts btwn 2 to 3 weeks.  Never fear, the follicle/base is still there below the surface and does what I call "regrouping" over the next few months. During this time you will look similar to what you looked like when you walked in the office the day of surgery.  At around 3 plus months, you will start to see hair stubble in the region where you had the transplant. Then growth takes off from there.....but you need to be patient.  Not all hair will start to grow at the same time. By 8 months 80% of growth has occurred but, wait it out for the full year and see where you are.  At one yrs time pts often consider returning for a second transplant to finish other balding regions and make refinements.

usually the transplanted hair starts to grow in gradually after four months. At around theee months postop, there is not much growth expected. 

Wait for hair transplant results as patiently as your are able. Hair from grafts after hair transplant will shed and regrow between 3 and 6 months with full benefit at 10-12 months.

It is not unusual not to see growth at 3 months. I would expect that over the next few months you will see growth
