It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor

Don’t stress. This isn’t the final result it represents probably 10-20% of your result. Just be patient and when the hairs start coming through you will be a lot happier. 

At 3 months, the new hair may not have started to grow out yet. Give it another 3-4 months and you should see the growth
