Face uneven after fat graft and thread lift. Any suggestions? (photos)

You are still very hollow around the mouth, and may be seeing the threads here.  We expect about 40-50% of the fat to be resorbed so that is normal.  You are probably going to need more fat put in in the lower face to even out the jawline and fill in the hollowing in the lower cheek. You could try some HA filler first to make sure it will give you the look you want.    

I suggest speaking to your physician and considering more volume, skin tightening or a lifting procedure.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Fat grafting without envelope tightening can be problematic as you may be experiencing.  The thread lift works on the deeper layers but is not designed to remove skin usually. 

I think you should first and foremost follow up with your plastic surgeon and ask him or her to address your concerns and consider a revision.From what you describe I don't think there is a simple single treatment plan that's going to fix your problem.Your face needs to be meticulously assessed.This process in itself needs to be done in person and should be comprehensive and detailed.each area of concern needs to be assessed into what the underlying true diagnosis is then determine possible treatment options.It can be difficult and sometimes not possible to remove facial that's grafts.Many plastic surgeons do not do thread lifts.I suggest finding an experienced meticulous board-certified plastic surgeon who has extensive experience with facial aesthetics for a second opinion if needed.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
