What is the best way to remove the "festoons", or "mid face groove" on my face? (photos)

Although you mentioned not wanting fillers, it would be a very easy way to find out if adding volume to the area would improve the appearance. If you do not like the result, guess what?!, it is not permanent. If you do like the result, then fat grafting would be a more permanent solution. And now there are better techniques and equipment/instruments to give fat grafting to the face a more natural look.

this is a common and very difficult problem. Everything has been tried to little effect other than making them worse. As you can see there is an elevation change between the lower lid region and cheek region. There  is also a change in skin texture and color.  Fat is not a great option,  if there is a problem it is very difficult to remove the fat.  Fillers are a way to make the elevation changes better, but they will do nothing for the color and texture.  Too bad that for some reason you don't want them because they are the safest and easiest way to imorve the elevation changes. Lasers and RT will make the area swollen for a few weeks but not solve the problem. If it were than easy everyone would know it and everyone would do it. There are no secrets.
