I did some research online, seems that they are not eye bags, so eyelid surgery may be not suitable. For some reason I don't want fillers such as Restylane or Radiesse. Can fat grafting/transfer precisely fix grooves? I worried about the probability that injected fat moved to upper or lower cheek and make the condition worse. Or can Sculptra precisely fix the grooves without unwanted huge augmented cheek? What is the best or any other options to fix this? Thank you very much for your advice.
