Hello and thank you for your question.  There are many surgeons who perform fat grafting for facial rejuvenation and fat grafting in conjunction with a mini facelift.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. Facial fat grafting has become a very popular procedure.  There is no "one" expert on fat grafting. You can find  many good plastic surgeons that can probably do this for you if indicated. Best of luck.
