Can fat transfer procedure be used for lifting the eyebrows?

A surgeon recommend it me to do partial fat transfer for the areas (cheeks, under eyes -dark circles- and the eye region to lift the eyebrows and enhances the Crowfeet lines), my main concern is the dark circles and lift the eyelid and the eyebrows. Would that help and solve my case? Thank You

YES this is done in my practice frequently and can be done with nanofat injections combined with PRP for temple improvement and forehead/eyebrow arch lifting.  I suggest seeing an expert. We often do ultherapy first and then follow with the fat transferring procedure.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Fat transfer is an excellent option to add volume around the temples, brow, and eye regions, but it will not lift by itself. Usually it will need to be combined with a brow or forehead lift to create elevation.

Yes, when the brow droop is from lack of volume in the bony orbit, adding some fat in the proper spot can elevate the brow nicely.  It also works great for the lower eyelid hollow and dark circles.

Yes, fat or any temporary filler can lift the eyebrow a bit.  Some use fat along the lower lid to camouflage the dark circles.
