I think either 3D liposuction with InMode BodyTite or a "Mini" Tummy tuck may be great options for you! Obviously the full you will get a really, really tight tummy however your pictures and description make it seem like less aggressive options should be considered. Time for a in person consultation with someone board certified in Plastic Surgery!

Based on your muscle separation a tummy tuck is recommended for you. This would involve removing excess fat and skin as well as repairing abdominal wall laxity. Less invasive procedures may tighten skin and/or remove fat but they cannot address the diastasis of your abdomen. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your desired results and learn more about your options.

I would like to stress the fact that you need a mini tummy tuck rather than a full one according to these pictures. But it is always best to have a virtual meeting, I believe having an online consultation with the doctor of your choice would help a lot to ease your mind.

I would advise you to lose the weight first, and then have the tummy tuck operation. This will allow you to put things in order on your journey to perfect body since doing the tummy tuck whilst you are at your ideal weight will prevent any excess skin after tummy tuck that's caused by the weight loss.
Considering the fact that you are not a large patient and the loose skin doesn't go all the way around your abdominal region, mini tummy tuck is the best option for you.
Your scar isn'n going to be too long which is another plus side of having mini TT.

Hi dear I hope you are ok, According to your photos you are a great candidate a little Lipovaser so that you do not have sagging skin in the front part of your abdomen, The Vaser Lipo treatment is performed minimally invasive. you will have excellent results.

Tough case. In several of your photos, you look great. Possibly just a liposuction candidate. In the one photo hunching over, it appears you have serious loose skin issues.
I do not feel that a full abdominoplasty would allow for the umbilical opening to be advanced to the bottom of your proposed incision, thus you would have a short vertical scar just below your belly button post op. This would also leave you with a “hip to hip” scar.
A mini tummy tuck is not an option-does not address the upper abdominal loose skin issues.

Treatments should be based on first having a clear understanding of what the problem is combined with a clear understanding of what the patient is willing to go through and wanting to accomplish.
Liposuction will remove subcutaneous fat but pregnancy related changes do not affect fat distribution.
The only effective skin tightening option for pregnancy related abdominal skin laxity is either a mini tummy tuck which is limited to tightening skin only of the lower abdomen below the belly button or a full tummy tuck.
The key to doing a full tummy tuck well as the find the right plastic surgeon.
The hallmark of quality tummy tuck surgery is a consistent natural looking bellybutton. Getting a natural good-looking bellybutton is the hardest part of the operation and surgeons who can do that well consistently tend to get all the other aspects of the procedure right as well. obviously you have to be OK with the recovery which is not easy and takes 2 full weeks. Other things to look for in regards to quality outcomes is a very low set scar that follows anatomic contours naturally.
The torso should look good from all angles including from behind.
In the end sometimes finding the right plastic surgeon can be as important as choosing the correct procedure.
To get a quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your community.

Being shown a handful of pre-selected pictures which most likely represent the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
Patients should serve as advocates for themselves and ask providers to open up their portfolio and show the entire collection of before and after pictures or at least as many as they are willing to.
An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures of tummy tuck results.
I also recommend reading all reviews on various physician review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews.

There is also no other option to get a tight flat abdomen other than having a full tummy tuck.
Typically pregnancy related changes include both upper and lower abdomen and the number of patients who are truly good candidates for a mini tummy tuck tend to be fairly few.
Typically muscle tightening is not included with a mini tummy tuck.
A mini tummy tuck is often a better procedure for young women who have not had children and have mild skin laxity of their lower abdomen.
When it comes to having a tummy tuck it is a permanent and irreversible procedure. Either do it and do it right or don’t do it.

I am looking at your case, for me you are a candidate for a mini tummy tuck, the same procedure is performed as a tummy tuck but the wound is a smaller extension, muscle repair can be done, Excess skin resection, the navel may or may not be modified due to the fact that if we find an umbilical hernia in the intraoperative period, you are a candidate for this procedure.

Hello.Analyzing your physical completion, you are in a good shape, and there is not a large amount of skin in your abdomen. So to improve the overall appearance and avoid a scar I recommend 360 high definition liposuction along with a very good postop op management with radiofrequency sessions (optional) to improve skin quality. You would get amazing results with this approach, liposuction would be aimed to improve waist line (in a front and back view) and defined the abdomen (the vertical lines that correspond to de rectus muscles edges) to create a feminine shape. As I mentioned before, there is not obvious excess skin in the abdomen, just a little bit when you bend (like almost all human beings, even highly athletic people), but if you are determined to try to tighten it up surgically, I can perform a mini abdominoplasty (mini tummy tuck) just to remove a portion of skin from the mid section of the abdomen, the size of a C-section scar (about 12-14cm).
