as you can see i have a dent of my left side ( right side on the picture ) instead of a smooth curve like the other side... it is very firm and numb when i try to massage it... the area seems a little darker ?... and i am wondering if it ever going to go away... i had my operation on april 8th so almost 2 months ago ... please dont tell be to seek advice with my surgeon because if he was able to give me a straight answer I wouldnt be here...

We advise our patients that approximately 80% of the swelling will resolve in the first three weeks but the remaining 20% can take over three months to resolve completely. I would refrain from any attempts to correct your problem until all of the swelling has resolved. If your surgeon does not know how to correct the defect, look around for someone who does.
