Severe itching or scrotum and ridge of penis after both were swollen post Liposuction?

Follow up to yesterday's question about extreme itching of my scrotum. I forgot to say that the ridge area of my penis is also itchy. Note that after Lipo my scrotum & penis were swollen (but my penis was totally engulfed within scrotum - not visible) I'm now 3 wks post with swelling reduced to about 75%. Scrotum looks like a deflated water balloon. The itching is so bad I wake up at night. What is a good remedy to resolve this itching? My doctor doesn't have an answer for me.
