I've had two kybella treatments and am very happy with my results, but am really looking to get a defined jaw. Do I need any further fat removal treatments or have I reached a point where all I need is chin fillers/chin implant to solve the problem? Around 5'4 and 122lbs with double chins running in my family. Thanks!
Answer: Chin enhancement vs Kybella R.Hendley2440, Thanks for the question. I see your neck contour in your pictures is pleasing, and I would recommend you address your chin with an implant (not fillers) for facial balance. I think the degree of augmentation as well as the longevity of the chin implant make this a better option both aesthetically as well as economically. Best Wishes, Summit Kundaria, MD Charlotte, NC

Answer: Chin implant vs Kybella Thanks for the question and the images. Your photos demonstrate that you have pleasing shadowing along your jaw line and only mild laxity of the soft tissue beneath your chin. Additional kybella, or treatments to tighten your skin, such as ultherapy, will only produce subtle changes. If you are looking for additional improvements to your jawline and profile, you should consider a chin implant. If you are hesitant, a trial of dermal fillers could be entertained to give you a preview of the results. Good luck as you consider your options.
