Order of staging surgeries - thigh lift before abdominoplasty?

Hi, I'm 43 male. Began wegovy februrary 28th at 382.7lbs 5ft7 and, 5 months later, sitting at 290.6lbs. I achieved that loss by resistance training (superset), walking and boxing 6 days a week. I still have a long way to go, but I want to prepare myself for the surgeries. I have a very wide frame and muscular and still gaining muscle each week. So I doubt I will ever achieve anything under 200lbs, my goal would be around 200-220lbs, which would put my BMI between 30 and 35. I have a consultation in 3 weeks with a plastic surgeon, but I want to prepare myself. My questions: Is BMI that important if my body frame is out of average? There's a possibiility that my local healthcare system would pay for an abdominoplasty if they deemed it medically necessary, which I feel it is. I would classify my current abdomen pannus as something around grade 2. They require BMI of 30 and 2 years of stable weight to be approved. I would hope that the BMI is somewhat flexible, but the 2 year waiting would put me in a surgery in a minimum of 3 years from now. My question is, since I also want to do a inner thigh lift and brachioplasty, is it possible to do the thigh lift before the abdominoplasty. My thinking is that I could do the thigh lift first in maybe 1 and a half year, then maybe brachioplasty and finally do the abdominoplasty once I get the approval from my healthcare system. I feel that this way would give me some progress to my body contouring and still saving money
