Can you fix a medial droopy brow with more Botox? (photos)

Botox results last up to 3 to 4 months and can be softened with Venus Legacy and Thermage treatments. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. I would allow a full two weeks to pass and then reassess your results. I believe a touch up in your glabella (which is still activating) would likely be needed.

It takes at least 14 days for neuromodulators to work-- to be honest, sometimes I still see changes until week 3. It is not uncommon for some muscles, or even one side of your face, to activate before the others. My advice would be to give it more time, to see how everything settles. If after 14 days you are still not happy, you can add more to your corrugators (assuming they still have the function seen in your photos), and that will help lift the medial brow.

Your pictures are great since you are showing exactly what any injector will evaluate to determine if you need more botox/dysport or no.
Since you are still contracting on the Corrugator muscles (the muscles that pull the start of the brows down towards the nose), you are a candidate for more botox to those areas to release some tension and allow your brows to rest more neutral (less mad). Another factor to consider, is possibly apply less units botox/dysport units to the forehead area (next tx) just to see how you like that. You can always add more units after two weeks but, this may avoid your brows from dropping as low.

From your photos it does appear that a touch up will improve your results. It is best to wait the full 14 days from initial treatment before having further product injected. This allows your injector to see your final result from your previous treatment.

It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination however in this case yes botox in the glabellar would likely make a big difference as it would soften those lines but also lift.
