My face is super asymmetrical. The right side of my face is huge, droopy and masculine.. It’s more noticable from the sides and my two sideprofiles look so different. I’m considering masetter Botox and midface filler but I honestly don’t know what is the best option here. What should I do?
Answer: Facial injections Hi there, thank you for your question and photographs. Based on the information you provided, you may be a great candidate for facial Botox and/or fillers. I recommend an in person evaluation with an Expert Cosmetic Injector. They will take a closer look at your anatomy and determine how to achieve your desired result. Good luck!

Answer: Facial asymmetry Dear Persistent, While your face does have asymmetries, it is not more asymmetrical than many women I see daily. I would start first with mid facial fillers to increase the volume and adjust the shape. Botox to one masseter is also a viable option, but I might wait until I see how the fillers symmetrize your cheek anatomy. Best wishes. Dr. Taranow

Answer: Botox/Dysport/Xeomin for masseters I would start with having a good cosmetic dermatologist or PS evaluate you. If you have a masseter that is way bigger on one side, which it looks like is the case in the photo, then I would just try to reduce that with a neuromodulator. I would not jump into using any fillers. You have a beautiful face. DO you chew gum all day on one side? If you do, switch it up.

Answer: Facial asymmetry Facial asymmetry can easily be corrected with combination treatment of fillers and botulinum. Look up facial rejuvenation as a category to learn more about correcting facial asymmetry. Masseter Botox in combination with fillers to the temples and malar eminence can help tremendously creating facial balance.
