I have had Botox several times for my crows feet, however over time this has caused more wrinkles underneath my eyes. I am bothered by the vertical lines on the inner corner under my eye, these are more prominent when smiling but also show when my face is relaxed. I have had Co2 laser resurfacing but have been told by the doctor this won’t really help these lines and I would perhaps need filler under the eye or Botox. What would be the best treatment for me?

Answer: Aging around the eyes You will have the best result from a combination of treatments. Botox can help with the crow's feet area. Fillers under the eyes and in the cheek area can correct volume loss and improve contours. Treatments such as Morpheus8 can improve overall skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Under eye lines Hello and thank you for your question. It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination however in this case it is a challenging area. Botox lower and under the eye can help combined with a small amount of filler. Radiofrequency is all very good at tightening the area from a skin point of view. I hope that helps answer your question. Always seek an experienced and qualified medical professional for these treatments. Very best wishes
