Hi! Im 27yrs and on my right side it buldges a lot more than left left side (picture attached). I went to an eyelid specialist that has great reviews and he recommended that I put Botox in my under eye to have it relax my muscle. I'm worried about doing it because online it says it's not FDA approved and I don't want it to bludge more. I've noticed this issue for over 2 yrs. Just looking for a second opinion
Answer: Lower eyelid concerns A small amount of Botox under the eye will relax that muscle, lessening the appearance of the bulge that concerns you. This treatment should be performed by an experienced injector. The final results are seen after 14 days and will gradually fade over three to four months.

Answer: Botox I agree with the doctor you saw. I think Botox is a good option to try and reduce the muscle under your right eye. It should be done in small amounts to avoid complications.

Answer: Evaluation of fullness of right lower eyelid of recent onset (2 yr) Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photo, I note fullness of the right lower eyelid. While the left lower lid demonstrates only minimal-moderate wrinkling when smiling, the right lower lid is fuller. In addition, one can see the internal lid margin of the right lid in the photo, suggesting that it is being pushed upward.A single photograph from a distance, however, does not replace an in-person history and physical examination. If you are not completely comfortable with your first consultation, seek a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon or ophthalmologist for evaluation, examination, and discussion.Best wishes...
