I would say your abdominal area looks quite a bit flatter than your original and your butt definitely has more projection. Also any weight fluctuations after surgery can have a significant effect on the results.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Though only 1 before & after is posed in 1 side or lateral view, the results are noticed but the whole surgery was poorly preformed. You need round 2 with an expert boarded Plastic Surgeon whom "fixes" poor outcomes as yours. Usual fee is $8,000-$10,000. The results shows very slightly flatter abdomen with the "torpedo" buttock deformity...

Based on your pictures I’m not sure you were a great candidate for Liposuction to start with.

It looks like you have visceral fat and muscle separation from previous pregnancies.

These are not gonna be corrected through liposuction.

It’s also important to know patient’s weight before and after the procedure.

It’s not uncommon for patients to gain weight after liposuction technically weighing the same amount when they come back six months later. since fat is removed if someone wears the same amount they were technically gained weight.

Without weight loss Liposuction is going to be limited especially on high BMI patients.

Without an examination or knowing your candidacy it’s hard to make an assessment. We also definitely need to know if they were a weight fluctuations.

Based on your preop pictures I would say the best procedure for you would’ve been a tummy tuck after some weight loss.

You can still get a smaller midsection through weight loss if you wish or you can talk to your plastic surgeon about having a tummy tuck.

For those who have excess visceral fat this can only be addressed through weight loss and should be addressed before having a tummy tuck

Looking at your before and after photos, it appears that you do have definite improvement in your buttock projection. You need to be able to work out your concerns with your surgeon. There is not much more to suggest other than possibly consulting with another plastic surgeon. Good luck!
