Looks like recurrent laxity and you would benefit from another similar procedure. If you lost 120 pounds after the tummy tuck, recurrent laxity could happen as such . . . I would recommend a revision Fleur-De-Lis, but since your muscles are already tight, you can have liposuction of the abdomen to maximize thinning of the abdominal skin flap with the skin removal. All done under local tumescent anesthesia with an oral cocktail of pills, no drains and very reasonable downtime. Thank you.
I do not see the vertical scar in your photo, so I don't think you had a FDL tuck but more like and extended tuck. If the vertical component was added, more skin could be removed. With such weight loss, the vertical component or back surgery is needed to removed excess skin. It is difficult to remove all the excess skin with just the lower incision. Congratulations on your weight loss! Go back and talk to your surgeon.

The post photo does not appear to be a FDL tummy tuck? Did you not post the post of you because there’s no vertical incision noted? Best to virtual consult or repost photos front of tummy the before and Afters please regards.

An examination can tell if this is part of the muscle that was not repaired or excess fat which can be removed with liposuction. Please go back to your surgeon.
Dear Reserved529001, I understand your concern. Generally speaking, you will always have some skin puckering when you sit down. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for...
