Is this bulge under breast in the middle the top part of my stomach normal? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos it is not possible to differentiate if this is just excess fat in the upper abdomen or actually separation of the muscles. This can happen from the sutures pulling through the tissues or your surgeon did not dissect up to the xiphoid or bottom of your breast bone to repair the muscles. An in person physical examination is needed to determine which procedure will help you resolve this issue for you. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. An examination can tell if this is part of the muscle that was not repaired or excess fat which can be removed with liposuction. Please go back to your surgeon.

It's difficult to diagnose the nature of the contour that concerns you without an examination. It could be residual fat in which case it could be addressed by liposuction. It could be your natural anatomy. It could be from visceral fat or something else. The best choice would be to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation. She/He is most familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery.
