Would liposuction alone make mu public area appear smaller or should I also consider a tummy tuck revision? (photos)

Hi I had tummy tuck 3 years ago after losing 80 pounds. I truely love my body but I do noticed that regarding what I do when comes working out and my diet their one area body never changes is pubic area that has alteration and looks big. I am not sure if need lipo pubic are or should do lipo and tummy tuck revision. Please advise.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you might benefit from liposuction. Liposuction can help thin this to make significantly smaller and leas noticeable and is relatively easy done with local and minimal downtime. It is troublesome to perform liposuction of the pubis at the same time of tummy tuck as there is increased chance of infection, healing problems and dehiscence. Nonetheless, it is worth doing. Thank you.

I would suggest the liposuction first to see if that will resolve the issue. Once healed, if you have excess skin, then it could be excised.

Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! It's difficult to tell from the photos if the contour that concerns you is from the scarring from the tummy tuck, if there is fullness of the mons pubis or both.  If it is simply fullness then some localized liposuction should improve it.  A scar revision can be performed to help the area lay flatter.  It does not appear that a full revision to your tummy tuck would be needed.

To differentiate if the problem is related to skin laxity or excess subcutaneous fat try pulling on the skin above the pubic area.
If putting the skin under tension improves the contour then that tells you how much skin laxity is contributing.
You can also palpate the thickness of subcutaneous fat with the skin under tension, and that tells you how thick the fat layer truly is without the impact of skin laxity.
If the problem is based on excess subcutaneous fat, then liposuction is the treatment of choice.
If the area response more to pulling the skin tight than a skin revision procedure is more appropriate.
Sometimes it’s a combination of both.
Either follow up with the surgeon who did your previous procedure or schedule in person the second opinion consultations.
It should not be difficult to differentiate if the problem is based on subcutaneous, fat, skill laxity, or both.
