Answer: Butt implant buttock augmentation buttock implant buttock implant expert butt implant insertion big butt Hello Helpful486, Thank you for your question about improving the appearance of your buttocks. Based on your desire to transform your square-shaped buttocks into a rounder, smoother form, a gluteal lift might be a suitable option for you. It's essential to understand that a gluteal lift primarily lifts and slightly reduces the size of the buttocks, rather than significantly altering their size as a buttock reduction would. Combining buttock liposuction with the lift could be an effective approach to enhance the shape further and achieve the rounded, smooth appearance you desire. This combination can be done simultaneously or in separate procedures, depending on your specific circumstances and your plastic surgeon's recommendation. I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive buttock lift experience. They can provide a personalized assessment and advise on the best approach to meet your aesthetic goals. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Question about second BBL Based on your pictures I’m not sure I would’ve recommended a second BBL. You have cellulite and the flat spot on the lower inner part of your buttocks will not project with added fat because of the connective tissue that’s holding the skin down to your muscle layer. this is the same connective tissue that’s causing the cellulite. this area of the buttocks does not expand well with fat transfer and patients should be told this before having the procedure. I don’t think it was sitting that caused the problem. That area wasn’t going to improve and a question if a second BBL was ever indicated. It would be helpful to see all of your before and after pictures including before your first BBL. I’m not sure what kind of lift you’re referring to but your bottoms current state is primarily related to the two previous procedures. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
