I'm 60yo in good health. I wish to improve the look of my wrinkly, sagging, flat butt. My banana rolls are mostly skin & very little fat. I've never had liposuction in this area. I've seen 3 consultants; 1 suggested skin excision to remove the banana rolls, another a butt lift & the last suggested skin excision but rather than discarding the skin & flesh, folding it inwards using it to increase the volume. The Dr who suggested this procedure doesn’t perform this surgery. Would this work for me?
