Question

I need to know what I can do to fix a sagging butt cheek just one. It’s considerably noticeable looks like a dent but it also sags. Please help non surgical or surgical I’ve had a bbl and reduction. Exercise helps with the dent looking a bit smaller but not the extreme sagging

Buttock “sagging” is usually a combination of loss of volume or deflation and the effect of aging and gravity. A buttock tuck is kind of like a tummy tuck for the buttock in that it removes the banana rolls and/or loose sagging skin from not only the lower buttock but also the back of the thigh to tighten both areas and create a more defined buttock crease.  In doing so it also aesthetically shortens and/or rounds out the buttock cheek. It is ideal for those patients that have had significant weight loss or fluctuations, changes from fillers injected, banana rolls, banana roll liposuction complications, multiple pregnancies, or who’s derrieres have succumb to the dreaded effects of gravity and aging. It is also effective for those whom feel their buttock cheek is naturally too long or square and just want it proportionately shortened and rounded, respectively. Glad to help.

I like Inmode Body Tite to try to lift and tighten difficult areas like this.  A little liposuction of the area can be added.  You could definitely add a little to your prior BBL to round areas out.  The little dents could definitely use some fat and maybe some internal release of the bands that form them.  Best Wishes!!

What you show here in the photo has been known to be called "chicken butt"--It is where there is very tight tissue that won't pop out with fat injection and then it leaves a little indentation or makes the shape of a 'W'. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done in my experience to correct this. I think the main way to treat this problem is to recognize it before surgery so as not to exaggerate it.
