What surgical/procedural options exist to "thin out" the lower 1/3 portion of the face? Buccal fat reduction, I believe, is considered a mid-face reduction. How do you target the area surrounding the corners of your mouth? I understand that you can inject Voluma higher up into the cheeks to provide a "lifting" effect but I don't understand how 1 or 2cc's per cheek would accomplish that for a full lower face unless you were using more syringes. Can significant weight loss target that area?
