At one year post op you are seeing your final results. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation. If the implant has not dropped you may need surgical intervention to help it seat correctly in the pocket. She/He can also rule out capsular contracture which can also cause the breast to feel harder or tighter.

No, you probably have a capsule of the tighter breast. I would suggest meeting with your surgeon and being examined.

After implant surgery, the thickness of the capsule formed on both sides may be slightly different, and there may be a difference in tactile sensation accordingly. There is a possibility that the right capsule is thicker than the left, but it does not seem that there is a capsular contracture that makes the shape of the right side little odd. If there you accept this apperance, there is nothing to be corrected.
