1 year post-op, 650cc in one & 615cc in other, right breast hasn’t fully fluffed, is this normal? (Photos)

I had breast augmentation on Jan 24,2022 I love how my left breast is full and fluffed but iv noticed lately that my right seems tighter and not as fluffed. Is this normal?

After implant surgery, the thickness of the capsule formed on both sides may be slightly different, and there may be a difference in tactile sensation accordingly. There is a possibility that the right capsule is thicker than the left, but it does not seem that there is a capsular contracture that makes the shape of the right side little odd. If there you accept this apperance, there is nothing to be corrected.

Based on your description, and the fact that this is a change that you have noticed lately, you may be developing capsular contracture. This is scar tissue formation around the implant. There are different degree of that. I would recommend you to see your surgeon for an in person exam. All the best.

At one year post op you are seeing your final results.  I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation.  If the implant has not dropped you may need surgical intervention to help it seat correctly in the pocket.  She/He can also rule out capsular contracture which can also cause the breast to feel harder or tighter.

No, you probably have a capsule of the tighter breast. I would suggest meeting with your surgeon and being examined.

I would love to see your before photos and ask if the right breast has changed in the past few months...gotten more round or tight, or if it has remained the same?
A physical exam would be necessary to accurately answer what is going on.

Based on your description and photos, you may be experiencing capsular contracture (cap con) on the right side. I suggest returning to your surgeon for an in person exam to assess your breasts.
