After implant surgery, the thickness of the capsule formed on both sides may be slightly different, and there may be a difference in tactile sensation accordingly. There is a possibility that the right capsule is thicker than the left, but it does not seem that there is a capsular contracture that makes the shape of the right side little odd. If there you accept this apperance, there is nothing to be corrected.
Based on your description, and the fact that this is a change that you have noticed lately, you may be developing capsular contracture. This is scar tissue formation around the implant. You can continue to fly and exercise as you wish even though your implants are 20 years old. I do encourage you to visit with your surgeon or breast specialist who can perform an ultrasound of the implants to ensure there are no obvious concerns.
From the photo you appear to be a good candidate for an augmentation and revision to your breast lift. Your surgeon will exam you to determine the degree of skin laxity and needed incisions to address it. You should be able to regain upper pole fullness and have a nice result.
