I've had saline implants for almost 5 years now, but after I had my son 2 years ago, I noticed my the texture of my right breast became lumpy on top of the implant. * I did not breast feed* Is this normal?

Adding implants, will increase the volume of your breasts, but will not correct the shape. Shape differences will require revision and redo of the mastopexies. Please consult with your surgeon to discuss your options.
From your photos it appears your implants are bottoming out. This can be corrected via surgery. Sometimes surgeons will recommend smaller implants, using mesh, or both to prevent future occurence. Your surgeon will be able to advise you further after an evaluation. I've included a video on...
