Loose skin recommendations? (Photo)

Question

I had lipo360 about 5 months ago. I am experiencing a bit of loose skin above my belly button area. Did consult with PCP who confirmed it is not diastatis recti or a hernia. Tried some Venus Legacy and lymphatic massages but nothing is helping at this point. I am opposed to additional lipo revisions/tummy tuck. Will this resolve on its own or are there any nonsurgical recommendations ? Early 30s with pretty good skin elasticity (or so I thought!)

If you have loose skin after liposuction, your treatment options depend on the amount of loose skin that is present. If there is excess skin, the best way to address it is with surgical excision (ex: tummy tuck).

Also, you need to wait 6-12 months to see your final liposuction results.

Other non-surgical options exist to help tighten the skin (ex: renuvion J plasma, morpheus, etc)

I recommend you consult with a trained plastic surgeon to discuss your options and expectations and results.

You made the diagnosis (loose skin), there was no need to see a non-surgeon to confirm. Revision lipo, or any other 'skin tightening' modality, will not fix this. Your choice is a traditional or reverse abdominoplasty. Based on the photo, a reverse maybe a good option.

Thank you for your photo and question.  Your best option at this point for close to 100% resolution would be skin excision removal or the Tummy Tuck that can be done with out the muscle repair since you stated it is not a distastes recti problem.  You could possibly try something a little less invasive such as the Morpheus or Body tight lasers.  Your best bet would be to consult with a laser tech or surgeon that preforms those techniques.

If you have attempted other non surgical interventions with no improvement you may need to consider an umbilicoplasty.  This will address the excess skin but does involve incisions.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

From just your photograph alone, it appears that you have an epigastric hernia.

Go back to your Plastic Surgeon to have it evaluated.

An ultrasound would also clarify this.

To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. To get a proper second opinion consultation bring a complete set of proper before and after pictures. I don’t think your PCP is the right provider to assess the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure. They typically aren’t all that good at differentiating muscle separation versus visceral fat either for that matter. 
Your picture is in sufficient to make an assessment. I don’t think you’re going to find nonsurgical options to be helpful.
