For a BBL I suggest a garment with the butt cut out so as not to put too much pressure on the fat. I'm not aware of one that doesn't go above the waist but you could modify it by cutting off the top part.

Compression is a helpful tool after liposuction to control swelling and provide support to healing tissues. Your surgeon's office can guide you wear to purchase the garments and correct sizing.

Compression garments are usually supplied by plastic surgeons and are usually put on during surgery or in the recovery area.
If you have questions about compression garments, they should probably be forwarded to your provider cents each plastic surgeon will have their own protocol and view on the appropriateness of wearing compression garments.
Personally, I don’t think compression garments have any impact on final results, but we do use them typically for two weeks after the procedure.
