Garment for inner thigh lipo?

Question

I plan to get inner thigh lipo and arm lipo and transfer the fat to the buttocks. I do not want to wear a full compression garment since I'm not getting lipo 360. I know there are arm compression garments, but is there compression garment for inner thighs? Would I just wear tight leggings? I only plan to get 100cc-150cc taken out from each thigh.

Compression garments are recommended post-surgery to help manage this swelling, facilitate healing, and enhance overall recovery.

For the arms, specifically designed arm sleeves are available that target the areas affected by liposuction. Similarly, for the thighs, medical-grade compression garments are typically used to provide necessary support and compression. While there may not be isolated thigh-only garments akin to chaps, comprehensive garments covering the thigh area can effectively reduce swelling and support the healing tissues.

Thank you for your inquiry! We always recommend wearing compression for six weeks after any Liposuction procedure. There are multiple options for compression garments ranging from sleeves to full body garments. Compression shorts or tight spanx is an option if you're only wanting compression for medial thighs.

For a BBL I suggest a garment with the butt cut out so as not to put too much pressure on the fat.  I'm not aware of one that doesn't go above the waist but you could modify it by cutting off the top part.

There are garments designed for thigh liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks which will be your best choice. Just trying to wear something on the thighs alone will not stay up in place.

Yes there are garments that are designed for thigh liposuction.  They look similar to biker shorts, but are made specifically for compression.  Compression is a helpful tool after liposuction to control swelling and provide support to healing tissues.  Your surgeon's office can guide you wear to purchase the garments and correct sizing.

Compression garments are usually supplied by plastic surgeons and are usually put on during surgery or in the recovery area.
If you have questions about compression garments, they should probably be forwarded to your provider cents each plastic surgeon will have their own protocol and view on the appropriateness of wearing compression garments.
Personally, I don’t think compression garments have any impact on final results, but we do use them typically for two weeks after the procedure.
