First off, I tell all my patients that liposuction removes fat - it DOES NOT tighten skin. One of the most common risks of liposuction is loose skin. I use Renuvion (J-Plasma), on most of my lipos to help with skin tightening. Once you have loose skin like in your pictures, the only treatment is a mini TT / pubic lift.

After you had liposuction the skin became loose and saggy in the lower abdomen and the mons pubis. I suggest you consult with an experienced surgeon that is able to do a tummy tuck to remove the saggy skin thereby tightening the area that you are showing in the photo and lift the mons pubis.

You have sagging of the belly and of the mons pubis. If you want a tight appearance all around, you'll need a tummy tuck. If you just want your mons pubis not to sag, then all you need is a mons lift aka monsplasty. Sorry, but medicare and medical insurance don't cover these procedures because they are cosmetic even if you think otherwise. Most surgeons offer payment plans and financing.

Your results are what would be expected in someone who has liposuction of the abdomen, but has skin laxity and a large mons. You would have been happier with an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the mons which you are still a candidate for. This would be another cosmetic procedure which insurance/Medicare certainly does not cover.

It appears that you have loose skin after liposuction. A tummy tuck is the best/only solution for this issue. Insurance will consider this cosmetic.
