I suggest you consult with an experienced surgeon that is able to do a tummy tuck to remove the saggy skin thereby tightening the area that you are showing in the photo and lift the mons pubis.

Answer: That's not your vagina, but you can have your mons pubis fixed instead You have sagging of the belly and of the mons pubis. If you want a tight appearance all around, you'll need a tummy tuck. If you just want your mons pubis not to sag, then all you need is a mons lift aka monsplasty. Sorry, but medicare and medical insurance don't cover these procedures because they are cosmetic even if you think otherwise. Most surgeons offer payment plans and financing.
