Liposuction botched my vagina. Can I fix this? (Photo)

After having liposuction in multiple areas of my stomach and Bbl I am now left with an even saggy skin my doctor tells me he can't fix I was never warned of this risk and I'm now looking to see what my private health and Medicare can help me with
