If there is excess fatty tissue to the area then liposuction should help to smooth it out. If there is excess skin as well the existing incision from your tummy tuck can be used to remove more skin and lift the area to get you more in line with your desired results.

For skin issues in the pubic area, the same incision that you've previously had can be reused. Removing skin below this point will lift the penile area, tighten the skin and lower the scar.
