Is having a mole next to your nose problem for people wanting to get a rhinoplasty? (photo)

I was wondering whether having a mole right next to my nose will cause complications if I were to get rhinoplasty. I am worried that my mole will be in the way (and I do not want to get my mole removed). Have included picture for reference. Thank you
